These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our platform, including how your inbox is connected, how our AI processes your messages, and the responsibilities we both agree to. By using the service, you accept these terms and confirm that you are able to enter into this agreement.

To use the app, you must connect your Gmail or supported email provider. When you do, you authorize us to access and process emails solely for sorting, analytics, replies, and the features you choose to use. We never sell your data, share your inbox with advertisers, or modify your email account outside the tasks you explicitly trigger.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for ensuring that your account isn't used in a way that violates Gmail policies, brand guidelines, or any applicable laws. Misuse, attempts to interfere with our system, or any abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination.

Our service provides AI generated drafts, categorization, pitching, and analytics. These features are meant to help you save time, but you are ultimately responsible for reviewing all messages before sending them. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI suggestions or resulting business outcomes.

The platform is offered "as is," which means we do our best to maintain uptime, accuracy, and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free performance. We may update, modify, or remove features to improve overall reliability and user experience.

Subscription fees grant access to the service for the time period you select. Renewals happen automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date. Refunds may be offered in cases of technical issues, but not for simple change of mind after usage.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When changes happen, we'll notify you by email or in app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters, and this policy explains what we access, how we use it, and the protections we put in place. When you connect your inbox, we only read the data required to sort your emails, generate replies, show analytics, or perform the features you actively use.

We do not store the full content of your inbox. Emails are processed securely through encrypted channels, and only essential metadata is kept to improve categorization and analytics. Drafts generated by the AI are not used to train third-party models, and your inbox is never used for advertising or data resale.

Some information such as your email address, connected channels, profile data, and usage activity is stored in your account so the app can function properly. You can request deletion of your data at any time, and once removed, we cannot recover your account history.

We use third-party services such as authentication providers, analytics tools, and cloud hosting. These partners may temporarily process your data to keep the platform running, but they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to maintain your session, keep you logged in, and measure product performance. You can disable them, but certain features may stop functioning as expected.

Our service is designed for a global audience, which means your data may be processed in locations outside your country. Regardless of region, we apply industry-standard protections, encryption, and access controls.

Yes. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are offered for technical issues or accidental duplicate charges. Outside of that, refunds aren't issued once the subscription has been used.

Yes. All inbox data is processed over encrypted connections and never sold, shared, or used for ads.

Only if you enable features like auto-pitching or smart replies. Everything else requires your approval.

Upgrades apply instantly. You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
